  • Coffee and tea
  • Cola
  • Berry pie
  • Tobacco products
  • Red wine
  • Red sauces
  • Mustard or ketchup
  • Soy sauce

Additional ways to maintain your sparkling Smile!

  • Avoid staining related habits.
  • Use an automated toothbrush.
